What We Do

ForwardMX Limited monitors the following services to ensure they operate correctly. If you experience issues, please contact us via our Support System accessible through your account:

  • FTP
  • HTTP/HTTPS (Web Serving)
  • SMTP, POP3, and IMAP
  • Server software
  • Server hardware

What We Don't Do (Your Responsibilities)

ForwardMX Limited provides email forwarding and related infrastructure but does not offer general tech support, web design, or debugging of third-party scripts and applications, including WordPress themes or plugins.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining backups of your content
  • Registering and renewing domains (unless using our domain services)
  • Domain settings and Name Server changes
  • Email client setup and configuration
  • FTP client setup and configuration
  • Scripts or applications hosted in your account

To maintain quality service for all customers, we strictly enforce this Support Policy. For specialised WordPress support, we recommend engaging a developer.

This policy operates alongside our Service Terms and General Terms, with those terms taking precedence in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
