This Refund Policy applies specifically to the services detailed below.
To request a refund, you must submit a support request through our Support System accessible via your account within the applicable refund period.
You will not be eligible for a refund if you have previously held an account with ForwardMX Limited or if you have previously received a refund from us.
Refunds may take up to thirty (30) days to process. If your refund is not received within this period, please contact us at [email protected]. Refunds will be issued using a method chosen by us.
After the specified refund period, refunds will no longer be granted.
We are under no obligation to issue refunds unless all conditions outlined in this policy are satisfactorily met.
ForwardMX Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice or liability.
