These terms govern the provision and your use of email forwarding and hosting services offered by ForwardMX Limited ("ForwardMX," "we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using our email services, you enter a binding agreement with ForwardMX and agree to these Email Service Terms, as well as the:

- Support Policy
- Privacy Policy
All these documents are incorporated into this agreement by reference. If any conflict arises, these Email Service Terms will prevail concerning email services.
1. Email Forwarding
1.1 We provide email forwarding services allowing you to create email aliases for your domain(s), forwarding incoming emails to specified recipient addresses according to your subscription plan limits.
1.2 Emails will be relayed through servers operated by ForwardMX and possibly located in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States.
1.3 You are responsible for properly configuring your email forwarding settings (such as forwarders and MX records). ForwardMX is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by user configuration errors, spam filters, IP blacklisting, or other factors outside our control. You acknowledge that email transmission is inherently insecure and assume all related risks.
1.4 You warrant that you have the authority to forward emails and comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations.
2. Email Hosting
2.1 ForwardMX may resell email hosting services provided by selected third-party providers.
2.2 Email hosting services are provided according to the terms and conditions of our third-party providers.
2.3 Email hosting services have storage limits as per your subscription. Emails in trash or spam folders may be automatically deleted. You are solely responsible for backing up your emails, and ForwardMX is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or deleted emails.
2.4 ForwardMX cannot guarantee email deliverability, as factors such as spam filters and IP blacklisting are beyond our control. We have no responsibility for undelivered emails.
3. Suspension and Termination
3.1 In case of breach of these terms, ForwardMX may suspend or terminate your subscription, account, or email services at its discretion.
3.2 ForwardMX reserves the right to suspend or terminate email services immediately for any cause under applicable third-party provider terms.
