Please take the time to read and understand this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”).

Web and FTP Site Content Policies

You must not:

• Use our services and servers in any manner that infringes any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights), or permit others to do so.
• Use the services for fraudulent activities.
• Use the services to distribute, publish, send, or facilitate bulk or mass emails (spam), promotions, advertisements, or solicitations.
• Use another site’s mail server to relay mail without explicit permission.
• Post content to Usenet, newsgroups, forums, mailing lists, or similar platforms that is off-topic or in violation of their guidelines.
• Employ programs that consume excessive system resources, including bots, crypto miners, or similar resource-intensive programs.
• Use the services for purposes deemed illegal or offensive by ForwardMX Limited.
• Use other providers' services to conduct prohibited activities via our servers.

If you are unsure whether your use is permitted, please contact us. Examples of prohibited content include:

• Content violating intellectual property rights or contributing to such violations.
• Content that is harassing, excessively violent, threatening, or promotes hatred.
• Child pornography or content containing non-consensual sexual acts.
• Content that is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, false, intentionally misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
• Illegal or fraudulent materials, schemes, ponzi, or pyramid schemes.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether content violates this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund. You may be allowed a brief period to remove offending content at our discretion.

Email Usage Policies

For Email Forwarding Services, your usage must remain within these limits:

• Personal Plan: 100 forwarders, up to 500 emails per day
• Starter Plan: 100 forwarders per domain, up to 2,000 emails per day per domain
• Pro Plan: 500 forwarders per domain, up to 4,000 emails per day per domain
• Business Plan: 1,000 forwarders, up to 10,000 emails per day per domain

Excessive use of catch-all aliases to receive large volumes of emails from single sources may result in immediate termination without notice. You may not:

• Use email forwarding services for mailing lists or newsletters.
• Send Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE or spam).
• Operate mailing lists without verified opt-in permission.
• Advertise or facilitate services designed to violate acceptable use policies.
• Operate accounts associated with entities listed in the Spamhaus ROKSO database.
• Forge TCP/IP packet headers or email headers.

Illegal Activities

Accounts involved in illegal activities, including hacking, fraud, theft, vandalism, threats, or violence, will be terminated immediately without refunds.

Right To Refuse Service

ForwardMX Limited reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Excessive resource usage impacting server performance may result in additional fees or service suspension.

Third Party Providers’ Acceptable Use Policies

You acknowledge that third-party providers’ policies may change. You agree to comply immediately with any adjustments we require to maintain compliance.

Rules of Usage/Conduct

You acknowledge that the General Terms also apply to your use of our services and agree to abide by them.

Reporting Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy

If you become aware of any violations, immediately notify us at [email protected] and assist as requested to remedy the violation.
