ForwardMX is designed for forwarding inbound emails, and not as an email list service.
In order to ensure that we have great deliverability for forwarded emails, we strongly recommend against using our service for creating a mailing list or newsletter.
If you run into issues with deliverability, and it's because you're trying to use ForwardMX as an email newsletter solution, we'll remind you that this is outside of our intended use of the service, and is unsupported.
If you wish to run a newsletter or mailing list for your community, you will need to use a service like Mailchimp.
