To configure email forwarding for a new domain in your ForwardMX account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to your ForwardMX Account

You will need to start by logging into your ForwardMX account here.

Step 2: Select your ForwardMX Service

Click on the "ForwardMX" service in your account, under the "Your Active Products/Services" heading.

Step 3: Select the Domain Name from your List

Click on the "Eye" icon to View/Edit Forwarding settings for that domain from your list of domains.

You'll then see the list of forwarding addresses for that domain, including the catch-all setting, as well as an option to add a new forwarder.

Step 4: Click "Add New Forwarder"

Click the big green "Add New Forwarder" button at the bottom of the page to add a new email forwarder. The page below will appear:

Enter the username (the bit before the @) that you wish to use as the forwarder, as well as the forward to address that you wish to forward the emails to, and click "Create Forwarder"

Done

You will be directed back to the list of email forwarders for that domain.
